If you are not completely satisfied with your Stack purchase, you can return or exchange your products within 100 days of purchase. We offer free domestic(United States) returns and exchanges, and will provide a digital return label.
Returned items should be sent in usable condition.
Upon receipt of the return, we will issue your approved refund to your original payment method only.
Please include all items intended to be returned from your purchase from The Stack Wallet, Inc. in your return. You will be issued a refund for the portion of your order that was sent with your return. Any additional items included in your return that were not part of your order and were not purchased from The Stack Wallet, Inc. will be destroyed.
Approved returns and exchanges for returns to United States addresses will receive a free return shipping label. International customers customers are responsible for return shipping with tracking information for a refund. Shipping costs on the original order for international customers are not refundable. Any additional costs associated with return shipping are not refundable.
Returns to The Stack Wallet, Inc. are only accepted after confirmation that the order originated at thestackwallet.com and returns for products purchased at other resellers will not be accepted.
If you receive multiple shipping labels for your return, please use all shipping labels received to avoid delays for your refund.
